Athletic Training

Team / Organization Training

This is great for coaches or organizations seeking an advantage in their team/program. We will teach players game time techniques that will have their mental toughness tested. We will go beyond the daily techniques to show how to use and take mechanics to the next level. We will show them how to train on their own or with teammates. As an objective third party we will have the opportunity to suggest alternative strategies to improve your overall team.

**Team RATES MAY VARY, SIGN UP FOR MORE DETAILS**

At SHOCK THE WORLD we believe every athlete has the opportunity to push themselves to achieve their personal best. Through athletic training you will gain a stronger belief in yourself and your abilities while building mental toughness.
