Welcome to shock the world express Speed group! We invite you to join an elite group.  We are located in Somerville, NJ. Home of a great athletics. Allow us to take your speed to the next level. Our goal is to groom every athlete to be the best possible version of theirselves while having fun. We want to prepare against the fastest in the area, so when the lights come on we can be the fastest in your respective sport. You will have the opportunity to be coached by top tier coaches. Coaches that have competed at the collegiate and professional level.

Practice will be held every week day throughout the months of july & august.  Practices may be adjusted due to weather. Grades 8-12 and all Genders are welcome, including graduating seniors and collegiate athletes. Our doors are open for all no matter where you're from, your sport or your experience. We are seeking to be the best and compete at the highest level. even if you're new to your sport the speed group is for you. it will speed up your talent process.


**for football players only, we will also have google meets film sessions for those that sign up. although you may think you know the game of football, i can guarantee there's a lot that you can learn. all levels can learn including collegiate and nfl. film study will separate you from the competition.

Note: Track Suits and Uniforms are in production and expected to come Mid-July. we will use the same track suits and uniforms for the winter Season. 


Practices are every monday/wednesday/friday (9am-11am).

* any Changes will be discussed at practice.
